Public-record facts come from the Florida Department of Revenue and county property appraisers. The mortgage estimate assumes an 80% loan at that month's average 30-year rate (Freddie Mac) on your last recorded purchase; refinances, second mortgages and equity lines don't show up in sale records, so use your statement if you have it. Transfer tax is Florida's $0.70 per $100. The owner's title policy uses Florida's state-set rate. Dave Petkovsek is a co-owner of Ocean Blue Title; you're free to choose any title company.
